The Annual Operational Plan is a planning document seeking to identify operating guidelines and key improvement areas for the following year. This is achieved through its objectives, including effective planning, transparent reporting and the delivery of quality assurance. It is strongly tied to the School Annual Report.
The P & C Association together with the wider community were critical stakeholders within the consultation process for the drafting of this Annual Operational Plan.
